Frequently asked questions

What if the client fails to pay the subscription on time? Will such a client still be able to use the parking, or do you have a way of blocking access?

The ParkCash system automatically revokes parking rights from a person who fails to make payment (extend the subscription) on time. The system notifies the user of an upcoming subscription payment deadline by text and e-mail.

What if the client does not have a smartphone/telephone with internet access? There will be no way to open the gate/barrier with the app.

We offer the option of calling the barrier or use PINs or proximity cards.

What if the client pays cash? (E.g. because that’s how it has been done for 20 years and there is no reason to change it)

The parking owner can add the given client to the system from the administration panel. This client will receive an e-mail with payment confirmation and data to register the mobile remote.

Do I need to meet with a new client to sign the agreement?

No. Upon purchase of a subscription, the client is e-mailed the parking terms and conditions to read and approve. There is also no need to provide a plastic remote as the app comes with the Mobile Remote. This means that everything is done electronically [...]

Will I be able to see all the subscriptions, payments, etc.?

Yes. All owners cooperating with ParkCash receive an administration panel, which includes all purchased subscriptions, payments, active remotes, and invoices generated by clients.

What about invoice generation for clients?

All drivers purchasing subscriptions can generate their own invoices, which will be e-mailed to them. The invoice is generated by ParkCash, but on behalf of the parking owner. The parking owner has access to all invoices from the administration panel.

I have different rates for different clients depending on the time of our cooperation. What happens here?

The parking owner can generate discount codes of nominal value for clients in the administration panel.

What if I want to introduce a new subscription or change prices? Do I need to contact you every time?

No, you can manage subscriptions and their prices in the panel without our assistance.

How are people supposed to find out about my parking lot online?

ParkCash supports owners in online promotion, which is done on the website and additionally with positioning support, paid endorsement, and social media.

Can the system notify a client who wants to purchase a subscription or park rotationally that there are no vacant spaces when the parking lot is full?

If the spaces are numbered, this information will appear during the subscription purchase process. For rotation parking, the user will not receive such information.

Does ParkCash service my clients when I’m not at the parking lot?

No. ParkCash provides parking management software. Customer service is the responsibility of the parking owner.

What if the barrier does not open due to e.g. a power outage?

The parking owners doing business with us often hire the services of a security agency, which can be contacted by phone to resolve such problems.
