The commission for mobile payment through the ParkCash is 20% in the free version of the app and 5% in the paid neighbourhood plan. The commission is collected from the driver and added to the rental price established by the parking space owner.

The free sharing group makes it possible for all residents to activate the parking space sharing system. Establishment and activity of the sharing groups is similar to Facebook groups. The ParkCash paid neighbourhood plan has extra securities (PIN and ID), Mobile Remote control, and management console for the neighbourhood manager/administrator.
In the free version, start a sharing group in your neighbourhood and send a referral link to your neighbours or local residents by e-mail or communicator. In the paid plan, the neighbourhood administrator receives instructions for residents and a special PIN and ID for them to enter in the mobile app or web panel in order to join the secure parking space Sharing Group in their neighbourhood.

Yes. The Mobile Remote will automatically grant gate and barrier access to the person renting your parking space. You do not have to meet with this individual to provide access. If you rent your space out for several months, you can set the gate access expiration date.

No, the device comes with an installation manual. Installation requires approximately 30 minutes, the driver is connected to the gate or barrier opening system, all gates and barriers have a free port supporting such a driver. If you are not afraid of electronics, you can install it yourself with our support provided by phone. Remember to mount the driver to the wall tightly. You can also order the device from us with the installation service or ask the neighbourhood administrator to have it installed by the gate servicing company.
