How to manage ParkCash in office car parks?

1. How to add a new user?

1. Log in at app.parkcash.io and with your email and password.

2. Go to the "Configuration" tab and then "Users" and click "Add User".

3. Enter the email address and the name of the employee you want to invite to reserve parking spaces. The checked item "Unlimited access" sets the validity of the account indefinitely. You can also add users from a CSV file by clicking "Add form CSV file". To specify the date uncheck the items and enter the dates. Then approve with the "Save" button.

2. How to add a parking space?

1. Log in to app.parkcash.io with your email and password.

2. oOpen the "Parking spots" tab and select "Add a new parking spot". You can also add spaces by importing a CSV file, by selecting the option: "Import from CSV".

3. Fill in the necessary data and confirm by pressing "save".

3. How to remove or deactivate a parking space?

1. Log in to app.parkcash.io with your email and password. 

2. Open the "parking spots" tab and find a spot you want to delete/deactivate.

3. Click the trash icon to delete (or on/off icon to deactivate) and confirm your decision.

4. How to share a parking space?

1. Log in to app.parkcash.io with your email and password. 

2. Open the "parking spots" tab and find the place you want to share. Click the calendar icon next to the place you want to share/remove from the sharing pool

3. The timeline of the place has opened. If the place is shared, a gray dot next to the day will appear in the calendar view of the entire month (left side of the screen), and a blue check mark with a view of the car will appear in the week view and the information "shared". If the place is reserved the dot will be purple and in the week view the information "reservation"

4. Click "manage availability"

5. In the "share parking spot" window, select the appropriate fields. We confirm with the "save" button. In this field, we can make available/remove a place from the pool for one day and cyclically, i.e. until cancellation, or on specific days. 

6. To remove a place for one day, select the date in the calendar of the month and click on the trash can icon. 

If the spot is reserved the reservation will be canceled.

5. How to assign/revoke the assignment of a parking space to a user?

a) to a user

1. Log in to app.parkcash.io and with your email and password. You must have administrator privileges to assign a parking space.

2. Choose the appropriate parking lot.

3. Go to the "Parking spots" tab. Then select the appropriate parking space, and click the man icon. Fill in the necessary data and confirm with the "save" button. ATTENTION The account to which you assign a space must be active.

4. To add a space to the pool click on the icon of people and confirm the message.

 

B) to a vehicle license plate?
1. Log in to app.parkcash.io and with your email and password. You must have administrator privileges to assign a parking space.


2. Choose the appropriate parking lot.


3.  Go to the "Parking spots" tab. Then select the appropriate parking space, and click the car icon. Fill in the necessary data and confirm with the "save" button. 

6. How to reserve a parking space for guests?

1. Log in to app.parkcash.io and with your email and password.

2. Choose the appropriate parking lot.

3. Under the "parking" tab, select "Make a reservation."

4. Specify the date of the reservation, select a space, enter your name, registration number, email address and phone number. Then click Save. The invited person will receive a notification with guidelines for parking.

7. How to add a registration number to be read by LPR cameras?

1. Log in to app.parkcash.io with your email and password. 


2. Open the "Access" tab and choose "LPR" from the list 

  • To add individual numbers, choose the option "Grant access" and "Add"
  • Fill in the data and approve
  • When adding a group of numbers, please use the import from a CSV file 

8. What if the LPR camera fails to read the license plate number?

The most common reason for the LPR camera failing to read the license plate number is due to its dirtiness or adverse weather conditions such as snow, rain, or fog. If the LPR camera fails to read, contact security. Alternatively, during the reservation period in the mobile application, there is a QR code or Mobile Pilot available to open the barrier upon scanning. The QR code or Mobile Pilot is also permanently available for fixed parking space reservations.

9. How to manage parking settings?

1. Log in to app.parkcash.io with your email and password. 
open the "Configuration" tab and chouse from the list "parking" 
- The first pencil icon "edit" represents a set of parking data.
- The gear icon - "Parking Policy." It allows setting the rules for making reservations, including their duration and how far in advance reservations can be made.
The earth icon - edit authorized domains. The ability to set the domain of the email address according to which the system will automatically add the user to the database.

10. How to check the parking history?

1. Log in at app.parkcash.io and with your email and password.

2. To check parking history, go to the "Parking" tab. You can search for people by first name, last name, vehicle registration number and email.

11. How to generate a report?

In the "Reports" tab, go to "Generated reports" and select the report that interests you. Choose the time period and parking lots for which you want to prepare the summary and click "Generate and send." The report will be sent to your email address shortly.
