How was the ING car park adapted to a hybrid work model?
The bank owns this office building and most of the car park is used by bank employees who purchased weekly passes at the car park ticket office. However, the rest of the car park is used by patients of a medical facility. The team responsible for managing our office space asked ParkCash to adapt the car park to a hybrid work model.
Such a change required a certain revolution in how car park space and employee benefits are thought of. Permanently assigned parking spaces are inefficient, especially in the age of hybrid work, when some tasks are carried out from home. During that time, a permanently assigned parking space remains empty. Sharing spaces between employees means everyone can use the car park. This concept is fully consistent with a sustainable and an ecologically friendlily approach.
